Built for campuses, not corporate chatbots

Your campus,

the bell rings.

CampusBot is the assistant that actually knows your school — enrolment steps, room changes, library hours, org schedules, and who to ask when the answer isn't written down anywhere.

Where is my 1:30 PM class? 😅

CS 301 moved to Lab 4, ICT Building — the aircon in Lab 2 is being fixed.

It's a 6-minute walk from the cafeteria. Want me to block the time in your org calendar?

One ordinary Tuesday

The campus day is messy. CampusBot keeps up.

Students don't need another dashboard to check. They need one place that already knows the schedule, the policy, and the person in charge.

7 average questions a student asks before lunch — and that's a quiet day.
  1. 7:40 AM

    “Is the registrar open today?”

    Registrar

Opens 8:00 AM. Two windows are free before 9:00 — here’s the queue length right now.

  2. 11:15 AM

    “What’s for lunch?”

    Cafeteria

Chicken adobo, sinigang, and a veggie bowl. The cafeteria is busiest at 12:10, so go now.

  3. 1:30 PM

    “Where is CS 301?”

    Academics

Lab 4, ICT Building. Room changed this morning — 6-minute walk from where you are.

  4. 4:00 PM

    “When is the org fair?”

    Student life

Friday, 2–6 PM at the covered court. Your org, DevSoc, has a booth at slot 12.

What it actually helps with

Less hunting. More school.

Every answer is grounded in your school's own documents, forms and schedules — not the open internet's best guess.

Admissions & enrolment

Step-by-step requirements per program, plus a checklist that remembers what you already submitted.

Class & room changes

Reads the daily room adjustments and tells you the new location with walking time.

Scholarships & fees

Deadlines, requirements and who to talk to — with reminders before it’s too late.

Library & resources

Open hours, thesis shelves, database access, and renewal rules in plain language.

Org & event life

Schedules, sign-up links and venue details for every recognized student org.

Faculty & staff tools

Policy lookups, form routing and "who approves this?" — answered without a meeting.

Why schools pick it

It answers like a senior student who has read the handbook.

CampusBot is trained on your own materials — handbooks, memos, forms, FAQs. When it doesn't know, it says so and points to the office that does. No invented deadlines.

Privacy first: student records stay in the school's own database.

For schools

Start with one office. Grow from there.

Most schools begin with admissions or the registrar — the two offices that get buried every June. Add offices as you go; the assistant shares one brain.

  1. Week 1

We load your handbooks, forms and FAQs.

  2. Week 2

Your staff review the answers and correct anything unclear.

  3. Week 3

Students get a link. You get a dashboard of what they keep asking.

No obligation

We'll use your own school's FAQ page as the demo. You'll see exactly how it handles the weird questions.

Questions we get a lot

The honest answers

Do we need to replace our website?

No. CampusBot can live as a subdomain, a widget on your existing site, or inside your student portal. It reads your content — it doesn't require a redesign.

What happens when it doesn't know the answer?

It says so, then routes the question to the right office with the student's context attached. Every unanswered question appears in the staff dashboard, so gaps get fixed.

Is student data safe?

Student records stay in your school's database. Conversations are logged for quality review under your own retention policy — and you can turn logging off.

Can it handle Filipino and English?

Yes. Students switch mid-sentence and it follows. Tagalog, English, and Taglish are supported out of the box.

How much maintenance does it need?

One person can own it. When a memo or form changes, update the document — not a hundred chat replies.
